2014 marks the eighth consecutive year Dianne has earned her company's prestigious Emerald Award, ending the year with over $16 Million in closed volume and 50 sales. The Emerald Award is awarded to the top 15 agents in the Company (top 3%). In 2014 Dianne was named Top Houlihan Lawrence Agent, Dutchess County, units sold per Mid Hudson MLS. She has been a top agent in the Houlihan Lawrence East Fishkill office for eight consecutive years, and in 2010 was the top agent in Dutchess County (all companies). She consistently ranks in the top 1% of Dutchess County Realtors, according to Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing statistics. These awards are a reflection of Dianne's hard work and dedication to her clients. She is active in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties.

In 2012, 2013 and 2014 Dianne was recognized in Hudson Valley Magazine as a Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent.
Five Star Professional partnered with Hudson Valley Magazine to determine the top 5% of agents in the area who provided exceptional service. This was done through a survey of Hudson Valley residents who purchased homes the year prior to the survey. The survey criteria included integrity, communication and customer service.
Dianne's efforts in the marketing arena have proven to be effective with exciting results. One of her listings was selected as a featured property on The Today Show with Barbara Corcoran, which was followed up with a personal appearance of Dianne via video. In addition, several of her listings were selected as featured homes in the Wall Street Journal. The exposure from these venues brought these properties to the attention of buyers from all over the world.
As a top listing agent, Dianne's goal is to help sellers accomplish THEIR goal....whether it is to sell a home as quickly as possible (relocation, divorce, other situation?) and/or to get the best price for their property. (As Dianne says, "Sometimes it cannot be both!") With her proven track record and experience, she has established herself as the "go-to" Realtor in the region. Dianne is happy to meet with both buyers and sellers whether they are ready to buy or sell immediately or just want to get a feel for the market and start planning for their future real estate needs. Dianne is a lifelong Dutchess County resident and lives in Fishkill. Dianne enjoys traveling, gardening, biking, hiking and has recently discovered a love of jet skiing. She is known to do some of her research of river view properties while on the river.
Dianne has one daughter, Lisa, who teaches in the Spackenkill School District.
